INCLUDED FILES AND DETAILS:
"ChaNinjaStyle_SubZero.wba" This was made for Windowblinds 5 and may not work properly with earlier versions. "SubZero" refers to this particular colour scheme.(10 more to go). Includes all shell Animations, Toolbars and Screens. Its been optimized for Speed. Includes variations for Compact StartMenu and Large fonts (works well for my setup at 1600x1200 on a 19" monitor). Double-click the .wba file to install. You may have to reboot once to make sure all settings apply properly (particularly the desktop font size). Use the "Windowblinds Configuration" tool to change substyles as Display Properties tends to crash after applying. "ChaNinjaStyle.bootskin" Matching Bootscreen which can be applied using "BootSkin" by Stardock "logonui.exe" Matching Logon screen. Can be installed by copying to your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder. You may have to rename the existing one first (e.g. logonui.exe.bak). "SubZeroUserpicSunken.jpg" & "SubZeroUserpicSurface.jpg" Matching Userpics for Normal Startmenus. "MenuSpeedUp.reg" & "MenuSpeedUp_Undo.reg" This will improve your menu response time if you haven't already tweaked it. Double-click MenuSpeedUp.reg and click Yes. Double-click MenuSpeedUp_Undo.reg and click Yes to undo. NOTES This is my first Windowblinds attempt. It's not dangerous .. -- J'aime les koalas, et vous ?  the old sub zero vs was my windows style for years... it's one of the best, but i haven't windowblinds yet, and i think many others would prefer a vs version of the new style, too, if it's possible...
  Wow, I remember this I think back in 2003. This was a really nice VS and Windowblind at that time. But, I have downloaded it and took a look at it, and if you dont mind some constructive criticism, Windowblinds 5 has a lot to offer in the new era of skinning. and I dont really see very much implemented into this Windowblind. YOu know I havent really checked it out at 100% but I did load it in Skin Studio 5 and found coding errors. Also, menus should be Enabled for Windowblinds. Flat menus should be Disabled for Windowblinds to start. But hey, like I said previously this was one of my favorites along with all the rest of your work that came out with this. Please dont feel like I am trying to be offensive, I am not, I am just trying to offer some constructive input. Very nice work overall !

I realize whats possible with WB5 and I intend on using them all in my future themes but I wanted to keep ChaNinja Style as close as possible to the original msstyle because I've grown so accustomed to it over the years. My goals when designing it were to make a theme that is stylish yet minimalistic, fast, uncluttered and above all functional. I wanted the skin to perform as fast as possible which is why I left out menu skinning and other features in WB5 that tend slow it down.
As I said this is my first attempt at Windowblinds so I wanted to keep things simple the first time round. My views towards this skinning platform has changed since version 5 of WB and I'm impressed to say the least. Expect more ports and brand new skins soon in which I'll add more flash. ~Isham: MenuSpeedUp is a simple registry tweak that will reduce your menu delay time zero. You'll have to Logoff before you'll see the change. Its harmless and the undo reg file has been included if its too fast for ya.  wow!!! i used to used the old VS of this for ever, moved on the WB5 and never thought i would see the WB5 version. great work chaninja!!!
